During his 20+ year career at Motorola, he was a leader in a variety of financial areas, including general accounting, capital analysis, financial planning and analysis, international credit, project management, logistics, and international finance. His hands-on leadership covered high-growth markets in Asia, Japan, Middle East, China and the USA. He implemented Sarbanes-Oxley, ERP systems, restructured financial and accounting systems, and creating highly effective management reporting systems.
